Alpbach did us proud again with excellent snow conditions for the Ski Team Telford  Training Camp in February 2014.  Below you will find a selection of shots showing the depth of Talent currently training with the Telford Team.  Hope you are all as impressed as I am with the images below.

Alpbach & Bormio 2014

 

The English Alpine Championships take place in Bormio, Italy during February half term. This is a well attended event with skiers from the UK and abroad taking part.  Following a week of training in Alpbach, this year Telford Junior Ski Race Club was represented by Ellie Jackson in the U12 category:  Grace Williams U14s: Christian Stevenson U16s: Charles Humphreys U14.  All skiers delivered excellent performances in what was tough competition and challenging conditions, in all events.  Further details and full results can be found on the Britski website.  If you are interested in finding our more about this event, please speak to one of your committee members.

Chill factore during christmas new year period two very special individuals were spotted do you recognize them?.

Where is this ski Resort??????????????

Brians conservatory is the unusual name for this resort , fully equipped with Snow cannon piste bashers rescue helicopters ,open & covered Chair lifts, & gondolas. It may be one of the only Ski resorts in the world to have snow & cacti.  Impressive I am sure you will agree.
